The program looks at current technological, geopolitical, and societal trends and projects those trends 20–30 years into the future in order to train students to develop solutions to the challenges they may face as adults. Future Problem Solving (FPS) teaches students how to think, not what to think. The diverse components offered by Future Problem Solving address the need for problem solving within the curriculum in order for students to prepare effectively for the future in front of them. Probably the same as before, done logically in your own head, or done using computers or other helping methods.
